The brief
The bakery’s granola was already a cult favourite at the market stall. The packaging was a paper bag and a stamp. Grocery buyers loved the product and passed on the shelf presence.
What we made
A two-colour pouch system: warm oat white above, a band of ember orange that changes depth with the roast. One template covers twenty-four products, so a new flavour takes an afternoon, not a print run of guesswork.
What changed
The range is now in forty stores, the pouches use less than half the plastic of the old tubs, and repeat orders more than doubled within a season.
“
The first run sold out. People photograph the pouch before they open it.
